Regional Public Library

Lviv Regional Universal Scientific Library is the largest diversified public library in the region. The library fund is 690.44 thousand documents. Cooperation of the Institute for Policy Studies with LRUSL started in 2009 with intensification of activity of the European Information Center, established on the basis of the library with support of the International Renaissance Foundation.

Since 2011 the Institute has joined the “Bibliomist” Program by administering the project for organization of Lviv Regional Training Center.

Despite of completion of the projects, successful cooperation between our organizations continues. The library always welcomes up for conduction of different events. By common efforts we still support the Center’s of European Information activity. The Institute’s experts often hold presentations for librarians of the region on different issues.

MISTiA FRDL

The Malopolska Institute of Local Government and Administration is Krakow regional center of the Foundation in Support for Local Democracy (with the central office in Warsaw). It was founded in 1990. Now MISTiA FRDL is one of the largest NGOs in the Małopolska Region. MISTiA activity is aimed at improvement of local self-governments, support in development of small and medium enterprises, NGO development.

Public center “Business initiatives”

NGO Public center “Business initiatives” is a non profit, nongovernmental organization in Ivano-Frankivsk.

The main purpose of organization’s activity is conducting educational, cultural, environmental activities and socioeconomic, legal and psychological adaptation of the population. All the activity is focused on realization of the following tasks: democratization of processes in Ukraine, support of socioeconomic growth of the region, development of entrepreneurship, establishing of cooperation between local governments, private sector and non-governmental organizations.

Network of European Information Centers of Ukraine

The Network of European Information Centers of Ukraine is a voluntary association of European Information Centers of Ukraine, established to support and coordinate sustainable and efficient activity of European Information Centers of Ukraine. The Network unites 18 regional informational and educational resource centers on issue of European information in cities of Vinnytsya, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Kremenchug, Lugansk, Lutsk Lviv, Mykolayiv, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv and official partner of the Network – the Center for regional development “Top-Kai” (Crimea).

The mission of the European Information Centers Network is to form community based on European values in Ukraine.
